PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the meeting of the City of Eaton Rapids Zoning Board of Appeals scheduled for April 14, 2021 starting at 7:00 pm will be conducted electronically (online and/or by phone), due to public safety concerns surrounding Coronavirus/COVID-19. This meeting will be conducted via Zoom Conferencing using Meeting ID 820 7823 2635. 208 King Street – Review application for a Variance submitted by Home Renewal Systems, LLC, Farmington Hills, Michigan. Requesting a variance for Article 17, Section 17.10(D), which requires a 36 Unit Apartment Building to have a minimum lot size of 84,600 square feet and Article 17, Section 17.30(F), minimum floor area per dwelling unit.
