As a taxpayer, you have the responsibility to verify that payment is being made on the correct property description. The tax amounts listed on the tax notice are levied on the property described at the top of the tax bill and are for the indicated tax year. Please note that failure to receive a tax bill or failure to deliver timely tax payment does not waiver interest or penalty charges. |

The Summer Tax bills are mailed out the last working day of June and are payable at City Hall from July 1st through August 31st. The Winter Tax bills are mailed out the last working day of November and are payable at City Hall from December 1st through February 14th. If you pay your taxes yourself and do not receive your Summer bill by the end of the first week in July or your Winter bill by the end of the first week in December, please call: Treasurer's Office at (517) 663-8118, ext 8178 Payments Available on Line at: |
Property Taxes:City Hall is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 to 4:30 p.m.

Council agenda's are posted to the website by Friday around 12:00pm. Our meeting schedule is a Work Session on the 1st and 3rd Monday's at 5pm and Council Meetings on the 2nd and 4th Monday's at 7pm. All meetings are held at City Hall on the 2nd floor.
